March Holiday Task Four



Task Four

Jimmy switched on a torch to shine through four fabrics made of different materials, A, B, C and D and recorded the readings shown on the data logger with a light sensor placed on the other side of the fabrics.

The table below shows the data he collected.

Jimmy wanted to make curtains for his bedroom to block out most of the sun rays.
(a) State the aim of Jimmy's experiment.   [1m]

(b) Which type of fabric, A, B, C or D would Jimmy choose to make his curtains for his bedroom? Give a reason for your choice.  [1m]

    B)D.It will not most of the light to pass through but still, it will allow some light to pass through.But for A,B,C, A and B have allow too much light to pass through and for C, it let too little light to pass through.Therefore,the answer is D.
